We have broad and extensive experience in working with clients on land development projects. Our experience encompasses all the consulting disciplines involved in land development, including traffic, storm water, soils, slopes, environmental (SEPA, critical areas, flooding, and hazardous sites), civil engineering and resource management. We determine the uses that are possible on a parcel of property and identify potential problems a property owner may encounter during the reviewing process. We work closely with each client to understand the client’s objectives and develop strategies for accomplishing those goals efficiently and effectively.
Our attorneys have substantial jury and non-jury trial experience including prosecution and appeals. However, we recognize that litigation is a slow, expensive way of resolving disputes and work to get our clients the results they want by exploring other avenues. In order to better represent our clients with governments and agencies, we do not personally litigate.
